About SimComposer

SimComposer is an artificial intelligence platform developed by 3B Scientific for the authoring of clinical simulation scenarios. The platform enables educators to generate complete, standards-aligned simulation scenarios from a described clinical concept or a system-suggested starting point, producing a full scenario package — including patient profile, clinical timeline, learning objectives, critical actions, debriefing guidance and evaluation rubric — validated against established clinical protocols and simulation design standards, including those published by the European Resuscitation Council (ERC), the American Heart Association (AHA), the International Nursing Association for Clinical and Simulation Learning (INACSL) and the Association for Simulated Practice in Healthcare (ASPiH).

Our Mission

Simulation educators face a persistent gap between the volume of scenario content required for effective training and the time available to produce it, compounded by the ongoing need to keep material current as clinical guidance evolves. SimComposer was developed to address this gap directly, providing institutions with a means of producing validated, standards-aligned scenarios at a pace consistent with the demands of clinical education, without compromising rigour for the sake of speed.
